Bang Phrom is one of six sub-districts belonging to Taling Chan District. It Borders on one end with Khlong Chak Phra sub-district and at the other end finishes at the Bangkok Western Outer Ring Road.

The other boundaries are basically following the canals of Bang Noi and Bang Phrom. The sub-district has a number of other canals that cut across the sub-district connecting these two border canals.

The Baby Frog Pool in Bang Phrom is not actually a pool for frogs. It is actually a school for young children to learn to swim. The children start as early as three months old.

Their courses start with the Baby Frog for children up to three years old graduating to the Jumping Frog after that. They also have the Maama Frog course for pregnant mothers and the Blue Frog course to help children with special needs.

Kensington International Kindergarten provides early education to children starting at eighteen months and progressing through to six years. Their curriculum is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage and The British National Curriculum. The take a play based approach to learning and are internationally recognised and awarded as a Learner-Centric Ecosystem.
