Bang Sue is one of the northerly districts of Bangkok, but it has excellent transport links to the rest of the city. It has its own Blue Line MRT station named Bang Sue. Also it is serviced by the Purple Line MRT at Tao Poon and Bang Son stations.
During 1919 Bang Sue will be home to a new Central Station of Bangkok, which is to be called Bang Sue Central Station. The development will also have its own business district.
On the planning table are a further three subway lines that will all link Bang Sue to other areas of Bangkok.
With all this planned infrastructure property in Bang Sue is increasing in value as investors can see the potential of living in an area with such great transportation links.
Bang Sue is also a place of earning with King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok and Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakon located in the district.
It is also the location of the Rama VI bridge which is an important road and rail bridge crossing the river.
Some of the most in demand condominium developments in Bang Sue are situated by the river but these are not the only apartments in the district. Away from the Chao Phraya River things tend to get a little more reasonable and you get more Bang Sue for your Buck.
