Chimphli is a sub-district of Taling Chan District in the western side of Bangkok. It is one of six sub-districts that make up Taling Chan.

The sub-district is home to the Granular Badminton Academy. It is a large indoor facility with several courts. They boast on their Facebook page that the are always open, so maybe worth checking. They also have a website where you can buy clothing and badminton equipment.

The Al Huda Mosque in Chimphli is located on Suan Phak Road. It is a mosque for the Shia and is considered a good place to visit and pray. They offer prayers in both Thai and Arabic.

The Sai Tai Center Night Market is one of those rare finds that tourists are always looking for. It is not well known, at least not yet, and even your taxi driver may not know where it is. The selection of fashion for men, women and children should be seen to be believed. The prices will surprise as well, as they are considerably cheaper than the more well known markets.

If you decide to check out the Sai Tai Center Night Market, you might be the only foreigner in attendance. However, you will be quite welcome. Make sure you have a good appetite, as the food selection offers many dishes beyond just the standard fare.
