The sub-district of Khlong Chaokhun Sing is one of four sub-districts of Wang Thonglang District. The district was established in 1997. The sub-district is located between the sub-districts of Wang Thonglang and Phlapphla.

As the sub-district is largely residential, it is difficult to find points of interest that are specifically in Khlong Chaokhun Sing, but there are many things worth noting. Just on the outskirts of the sub-district, Lat Phrao Hospital provides high quality medical care.

The hospital opened in 1993 and has a capacity of 200 patient beds. The hospital is listed on the Thailand Stock Exchange. An environmentally conscious facility, the Lat Phrao Hospital is ISO 14001 certification. This certification relates to environmental management.

One of the best places to visit is the Golden Place. Here you can find OTOP and Royal Project produce. The market was an initiative of King Bhumibol with the purpose of promoting sustainable and profitable retail markets for agricultural products. Golden Place is well known for organic, natural and herbal products. There is a substantial food court and a good selection of restaurants.

The real estate market in Khlong Chaokhun Sing is doing quite well. The median price of a condo in the sub-district is just over 2.3 million Thai Baht. That equates to to about 55,000 Thai Baht per square metre. Growth is quite strong, with prices increasing by 18.9% in the past year and properties are currently returning a 6.8% yield on rentals.
