Bang Khae Nuea is one of the four sub-districts of Bang Khae and lies directly west of the centre of Bangkok. The major artery of this district is Kanchanaphisek Road, where the Bangkok commuter traffic often comes to a standstill at the respective rush hours.
Transport links into the city do not just depend on the roads, and Wutthakat Station is located near Bang Khae Nuea, which allows access to the BTS line and of course the MRT.
Bang Khae Nuea is a popular suburb to live in as its location is great and there are many good malls and shopping areas. Such as The Mall Bang Khae, Tesco Lotus Bang Khae, Wonder Department Store, and of course Paseo Park.
The Mall is where shoppers and diners like to spend their time. Although not the biggest mall in Thailand it has a great selection of retail outlets, plus many restaurants serving a variety of food. For seafood lovers there are outlets that sell the freshest produce to take home to cook.
Although there are not many cultural things to do and see there is very much a community feel to Bang Khae Nuea despite many commuters coming to live in the area.
Bang Khae Nuea is a popular place to live, it gives great access to the CBD of Bangkok and other areas of the city. There are many smart new condominium developments in the area that offer luxury accommodation for far more reasonable prices than elsewhere.
